UPDATED FOR 2020

How to follow the Melbourne Cup

LIVE
on Tuesday, 3 November 2020
Race time: 3.00pm AEST

LISTEN:

RADIO: Listen to ABC Local Radio.

ONLINE*: Listen online through
- ABC Radio - Grandstand (or try ABC sport)
- 3AW.
*Be aware of possible excess data charges.

WATCH:

Watching on TV is genuinely "LIVE". There is a slight delay watching online on a computer or on a mobile device, ie you see the television version a few seconds before the online or mobile version.

TV:

Watch the live free-to-air transmissions on:

- Network Ten (Channel 10 took over from Channel 7 in 2019)

- Channel 78 (metropolitan areas) or Channel 68 (regional areas).

The race might also be seen on Foxtel 529 but delayed by a few minutes (check your guide).

ONLINE*:

-
IN YOUR BROWSER: Go to the 10Play page. (The 7 Live page is no longer broadcasting the race.).
If Internet Explorer doesn't work, try Chrome or Firefox.

- or try TWITTER #MelbourneCup just in case there are any other options that are mentioned there.

*Be aware of possible excess data charges.

Bullet MOBILE DEVICES*:

We are guessing that you will be able to use the 10Play mobile app.
(Make sure everything is installed and UPDATED well before the time of the Cup race.)

*But be aware of possible excess data charges.
